Dempster Industries was incorporated in 1878 in Beatrice, Nebraska and founded by Charles B. Dempster and now will be owned/operated by Wallace and Felicia Davis. Both partners are equally involved in its operations and management and have extensive experience in management and the manufacturing industry, profit centers with budget development and execution.

Jon Weichel - Vice President of Manufacturing |
Jon started at Dempster Industries, LLC in March of 1999 as a #2 Assembler and has held numerous positions (Supervisor, Safety & Environmental Coordinator, Water Systems Specialist, Assistant Plant Manager, and Plant Manager). Jon’s current position is Vice-President of Manufacturing. Responsibilities include all day to day activities at the manufacturing facility along with being part of the management team mapping out present and future plans for Dempster Industries, LLC.

Scott Burroughs - Sales |
Scott has more than 14 years of experience in sales management and distribution. He has been responsible for leading companies through start-up, survival, turnaround and growth modes. His path of leadership and increased profit and revenue achievement has allowed him to receive many awards and accolades. Scott has spent the last 14 years as a regional and district sales manager in a variety of industries, including contract furnishings, document management and consumer services. His understanding of domestic distribution channels encompasses retail sales, wholesale, OEM, catalogue, direct sales and government markets.

Reggie Rice - Operations Manager - Springfield |
Reggie has more than 15 years of experience in Management, Inventory Control, Warehouse, Water Well Industry and Customer Service . Recently, Reggie worked for O’Reilly Auto Parts as the Store Manager and was the Operations Manager at Springfield before that career change. Reggie has worked for O’Reilly’s with increasing areas of responsibilities. Reggie attended Ozark Technical Community College and was certified by the State of Missouri as a certified Well installer.
